Abstract:

Almost multiplier is rather a new concept in the theory of almost functions. In this paper we discussion the boundedness of almost multipliers on some special Banach algebras, namely stable algebras. We also define an adjoint and extension for almost multiplier.

Stability of multipliers on Banach algebras

Suppose A is a Banach algebra without order. We show that an approximate multiplier T : A → A is an exact multiplier. We also consider an approximate multiplier T on a Banach algebra which need not be without order. If, in addition, T is approximately additive, then we prove the Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability of T. 1. Introduction and statement of results. It seems that the stability problem of f...

amenability of banach algebras

chapters 1 and 2 establish the basic theory of amenability of topological groups and amenability of banach algebras. also we prove that. if g is a topological group, then r (wluc (g)) (resp. r (luc (g))) if and only if there exists a mean m on wluc (g) (resp. luc (g)) such that for every wluc (g) (resp. every luc (g)) and every element d of a dense subset d od g, m (r)m (f) holds. chapter 3 inv...

The Functions Operating on Certain Algebras of Multipliers

In this note, we announce a new result concerning functions operating on multiplier algebras. We begin by introducing the following notation. Let G be a LCA group with dual group I\ M(G) will denote the algebra of finite, regular Borel measures on G. Let M0(G) = {M E M(G)\ jl vanishes at <*> on T}. If 1 < p < °°, let M (G) denote the class of multiplier transformations on L (G). If T G Mp(G), f...

Homomorphism Weak amenability of certain Banach algebras

In this paper we introduce the notion of $varphi$-commutativity for a Banach algebra $A$, where $varphi$ is a continuous homomorphism on $A$ and study the concept of $varphi$-weak amenability for $varphi$-commutative Banach algebras. We give an example to show that the class of $varphi$-weakly amenable Banach algebras is larger than that of weakly amenable commutative Banach algebras. We charac...
